See and do in Fish Creek
Peninsula State Park, Eagle Bluff Lighthouse, Nicolet Beach, Northern Sky Theater and the village centre.
Park and village together
Fish Creek's sights are unusual in that most of them sit inside a single state park. Peninsula is the region's largest, and it holds the lighthouse, the beach, the trails and the theater. The village supplies the other half: a compact centre built around galleries, shops and kitchens.
The essentials
3,776 acres
Peninsula State Park
The area's largest state park, with an 18-hole championship golf course, hiking and bicycle trails, a VITA course, camping, groomed ski trails, a lookout tower and fishing. It is the single biggest reason to stay in Fish Creek.
Good to know A Wisconsin state park vehicle sticker is required.

Eagle Bluff Light Station
The lighthouse stands inside the park and is easily reached on foot or by bike. Three keepers manned the light until 1926, when the mechanism was automated.

Swimming
Nicolet Beach
The park's main beach, with shallow water and room to spread out. It pairs naturally with a morning in the village.

Summer performances
Northern Sky Theater
Evening theater inside Peninsula State Park. Check the season and schedule before planning a trip around a show.

The village itself
Fish Creek's centre is small enough to cover on foot. The appeal is the mix: contemporary galleries alongside older storefronts, a working harbour, and restaurants that range from quick lunches to a full evening.
Because the village is popular, parking fills early in summer. Arrive before mid-morning or stay within walking distance of the centre.
