Plan your visit to Ephraim
Where Ephraim sits on the peninsula, how to reach it and how to combine it with Peninsula State Park.
The practical bits
- Position
- West shore, between Fish Creek and Sister Bay on Highway 42
- Best for
- History, walking and a quiet harbour base
- Nearby
- Peninsula State Park, across Eagle Harbor
- Season
- Busiest in summer; many businesses reduce hours in winter
A village to slow down in
Ephraim is not the place to tick off attractions. Two nights is enough to walk the village, take a historical tour and spend a day in Peninsula State Park. One night feels rushed because the appeal is the pace.
It also works as a quieter alternative to Fish Creek or Sister Bay for travellers who want restaurants and a harbour without the evening traffic.
